Living for the Weekend

As much as I like my job (and I do like my job), I still find myself looking forward to the weekend. Starting on Monday. I would much rather be home than anywhere else. Having been unemployed before, I realize that beyond the things we need to live (money and health insurance), the only reason I work is for the social outlet. They say that nothing brings you closer to someone than a shared experience.

Lynn and I were very productive this weekend. We mulched, cut the grass (it was a foot high in spots---no joke), and took over the world. Not to mention the movies we watched. A good time was had by all. Especially the mosquitoes---I was eaten alive. Damn them!
